Please Read Carefully

Wood Returns: All of our wood products are built "Just for You".

§ "Just for You" wood products are not returnable and may not be cancelled once the lumber has been ordered.

Cable Returns: Please read our Policies to find out what items are returnable.

§ All returns are assessed a 15% restocking fee.

§ No credit will be given for freight or handling fees incurred for returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

§ Product must be in sellable condition.

§ If product has been opened, please be sure to package it in such a way that is not damaged in transit back to us.

§ A return authorization must first be requested from StairSupplies. Returns without a return goods authorization will be refused delivery and returned to you.

§ No returns will be accepted after 60 days from time of shipment.

§ StairSupplies reserves the right to determine final credit given based upon the above criteria.
